The biggest dilemma faced by the youth and professionals today is to choose the right career which suits their Personality, Aptitude, Skills and should also have market potential in future.

Career Counselling is done mostly under the influence of parents, teachers, peers who pursue the young minds to choose their career based on their lofty expectations. Most of the kids after graduating from schools and colleges find themselves lost or disinterested in the stream they have chosen.

Career Counselling is not child’s play ,it requires specialized and experienced counsellors, who can show the right path to the students or to the professionals.

We realised the importance of Career Mentoring and Career  Counselling in the early 1990s.

Over the years hundreds of  Career Counseling sessions are held in Universities, Colleges, Schools and Institutions .

CAREER CONSULTANCY SERVICES-started in the year 1996, since then we have guided thousands of students and professionals  about the right career choices. We also help clients to fix their career through ‘Mid-life’ career counselling, under the heading ‘ Career Counselling for Professionals’.

Coaching

We  also provide  coaching for international tests such as GMAT, GRE, SAT, and for Indian exams like Civil Services Exam, CDS, Assistant Commandant, SSC, PCS, CLAT-LAW, DU. PU , IBPS-Banking, UGC-NET,NIFT, NCHMCT and Govt. Jobs.

ARUN BHATIA- Career Mentor : The Institute is headed by Arun Bhatia.He has developed a series of tests to explore the personality and aptitude of a student. It helps in choosing  the right career .He holds the hand of students as a mentor and walks with them in their journey.

He  provides  coaching for UPSC exams IAS, CAPF,CDS ,PCS, SSC, LAW,Banking , UGC etc. He teaches general studies, political science  ,quantitative aptitude, International affairs, economics, asian and world history .Since 1996, he has helped more than 25,000  students .His students  are  working as civil servants, judicial officers, professors , army officers, principals, bankers, advocates, engineers, doctors and other professionals . He  also guides students to get admission to the best universities in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. He visited Harvard, MIT, Yale, University of Toronto, Waterloo, Stanford, Washington University during his professional life.

KAMAL BHATIA  B.Sc., B.Ed., MBA, OCT (Ontario Certified Teacher, Canada). She has been teaching  Reasoning, English for various competitions in India and Canada. She also works with the Ontario Education department Canada for school curriculum..

The duo has authored books on Maths, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Critical Reasoning, Polity, Economics and Generals studies.

The Career Group is running an Online Counseling Institute , a CBSE-affiliated School, Industrial Training Institute (Trade College) and working closely with private schools of Ontario.

Helping Students -ARUN BHATIA and KAMAL BHATIA are helping the students ,who cannot afford a good education. The duo donated 54 lakh rupees (72,000 dollars) in the last few years .In 2019-20  Rs12.5 lakh were spent  for helping ‘Girl child’ by empowering them with the best of education.

Covid Year 2020-21-22 – Rs 47 lakhs were spent on scholarships and financial aid to help students so that they can continue their studies  during covid .

Career Awareness Seminars  -During Covid year 2020 , Arun Bhatia conducted more than 20  seminars on Online Career Mentoring seminars and more than 1000 students attended these seminars.
